Espresso Bar:
For those who are seeking an authentic Italian
coffee experience in the heart of Williamsburg-a
place to relax or to re-fuel, a perfect rendezvous
spot with friends or just the ideal place to people
watch in our wonderful town—Terra is the must
stop place in one’s daytime routine.
Terra is proud to feature illy caffè at its Italian
inspired espresso bar. Coffee-lovers may enjoy
their espresso expertly prepared by an illy-trained
barista. In addition to espresso, coffee-based
drinks such as cappuccino, latte and mocha, all
made with illy’s 100% Arabica beans, will be served.
For a scrumptious bite, Terra also has an assortment
of wonderful croissants, danish, scones and biscotti
for a light breakfast meal. At lunch, Terra will
serve a simple yet flavorful menu comprised of
hearty soups, light salads and mouth-watering
paninis. Those in a hurry are welcome to take
something to go.
Wine Bar:
Terra offers an affordable and approachable small
plate menu. The creative dishes at Terra are sized
as hearty appetizers and are designed to facilitate
sharing so patrons can try new food, drink and
flavor combinations that will be sure to broaden
their culinary horizons.
Terra brings the opportunity for wine lovers to
taste or enjoy bottles rarely seen in a “by-the-glass”
format. Terra’s WineStations will be the first
in the Williamsburg area. The WineStations are
designed and manufactured by Napa Technology,
LLC based in Santa Clara, California. Each station
can hold up to four bottles of wine. The WineStations
operate on a user friendly Smart Card system that
affords patrons the ability to explore wines with
the touch of a button.
Owner Carla Boyd and General Manager Carroll Bull
have created a wine list that is carefully designed
to complement the cuisine. With an extensive 65+
wines-by-the-glass program, creative wine flights
and a selection of interesting handcrafted micro-brews,
Terra has options to suit any palate and price
point. Napa Technology’s intelligent wine dispensing
system allows for extended preservation of by-the-glass
selections, including older vintages that aren’t
typically offered in a tasting format. |
